Connections

A guide to connections in Squirrel365: what they are, how to add and manage them, and a full list of supported data sources.

Connections link your Squirrel365 project to an external data source. You can pull data in from spreadsheets, databases, and cloud paltforms, write data back when users interact with your app, or trigger actions in other tools. Each connection runs in the background and keeps your app's spreadsheet in sync with your data.

Adding a connection

To access the Connections library, select the icon in the Sidebar.

To add a new connection click the add icon to open the Connection Library where you can browse the available connections and select the one you need.

Connections added to your project will appear as a list in the connections panel.
