# Changing Browser settings to enable the clipboard

First, you will need to enable the clipboard permissions to copy and paste information in the Designer in the Browser.

To achieve this:

**In Chrome:**

1. 3. Refresh the webpage

**In Edge**

2. 3. Navigate and select the dropdown beside "Clipboard" and change from "Ask (default)" to "Allow"&#x20;
