Workspace landing page
This article outlines the Squirrel365 workspace landing page, and what options it has.
When you open/launch the Squirrel365 designer you are presented with the following landing page
The landing page is split into the navigation menu (left hand panel) and the main content area.

Home
The Home page features two sections: Start New and Recent Projects.
The Start New section contains a quick start 'New project' tile to create a blank project, along with some pre-suggested templates.
Under Your Recent Projects you'll find a list of recently opened or saved projects. You can switch between recently opened files or recently published apps using the toggle in the top right.
Files
File explorer allows you to browse and manage your cloud-saved projects.
Each of these files has more options in ellipses that appear when hovering over them, offering options to rename, delete, and move projects. Projects can also be organised into folders for better management.
Cloud-saved projects also include statistics and information, such as creation dates, creators, file size, and versions. If a project has multiple versions, the 'Versions' option will be available in the More Options dropdown, allowing users to view and restore previous versions.
Project Manager
The Project Manager contains a list of all your published apps. For more information on the Project Manager, see this article.
Image Library
The Image Library allows you to browse and mange all media uploaded to your workspace.
Templates
The Templates page showcases all available templates that can be downloaded and used in Squirrel.
Community
Link to the Squirrel365 Community (opens in new browser tab).
Settings
Settings expands to reveal, Custom Fonts, Add-ons, Integrations, and External Documents.
Custom Fonts
The Custom Fonts section allows you to upload and manage your own fonts (fonts that are not part of the standard font list).

Add-ons

Integrations
Links to the connection manager for you Squirrel365 account where you can manage authentication for Integrations to 3rd parties i.e. Google Drive and Excel OneDrive accounts.
External Documents
Manage and upload documents for use with the PPTX and PDF, Excel and Word Generator bolt-ons.
User Account menu
Clicking on the User name/avatar at the bottom of the navigation panel opens a sub menu of account features

My Profile
Link to view/manage your user profile information
Billing
Opens the subscription management portal where you can view information about upcoming payments, download past invoices, update payment card details and change your plan.
Upgrade
Change your plan. View the upgrade and downgrade options open to you.
Log Out
Logs you out of the Squirrel365 designer.
